Ben and his team were fantastic. Great service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which really helped as someone with no plumbing background. They were thorough in tracking down the issue and made sure everything was sorted properly. The price was very reasonable, especially given the time and effort Ben put in. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Run by Ben Sloman, who has lived here his whole life.
“Gday, I’d just like to introduce myself and the family! I’m Ben from Lakeside Plumbing and have just started my own Plumbing business servicing the South Coast.”
Lakeside Plumbing started up in the summer of 2023 and has been working the coast ever since. It is a family business in the plainest sense: Ben runs it, his family is on the side of the ute, and the work comes almost entirely from people around here telling each other about it.
There is a team now, not just Ben. Customers mention the apprentices by implication more than once, and one review describes two young workers doing first class work with Ben keeping them in line on communication. That is the part he seems to care about most: turning up when he said he would, and explaining the job in terms that make sense if you have never held a pipe wrench.
They also put their name behind the Milton Ulladulla Touch under 14s, which is about as local as a business gets.

Lakeside Plumbing did a great job of installing my hot water system. Ben came and had a look straight away when contacted. They removed all the old system and had it installed by lunchtime. I was able to have hot water by 4 o’clock. I could certainly recommend their work
